It consists of the findings in relation to strengths and weaknesses of Criminal Justice System, scenarios of Criminal Procedures and Practices in Nepal, a critical overview of Juvenile Justice system, and similar other issues. It is the first research of its kind and thenceforth it is being referred to in a number of studies ahead.
